How It Works

  1. Referral Process:
  • Any user can refer a new user to install and register in the Live MCQ App.
  • Referrers can invite new users through various means such as messaging, word of mouth, blogging, etc.
  • Share a referral link or ID with the new user.
  • The new user can enter the referral ID during registration or within 24 hours after registration on the referral page. If joining via a referral link, the referral ID should auto-fill (may not work on some devices like iPhones or newer Android versions).
  1. Rewards:
  • New Users: Receive a 5% discount on their first purchase, which must be made within 30 days of registration.
  • Referrers: Get 5% of the new user’s first payment amount as credits. For example, if a package costs 1500 TK, the referred user pays 1425 TK, and the referrer receives 71 credits.
  1. Limits and Conditions:
  • Users can avail of two types of discounts during campaigns: Campaign + Coupon/Referral/Study Group.
  • If eligible for both referral and study group discounts, only the referral discount applies.
  • Referral discounts are not applicable during special occasions like flash sales.

Eligibility

  • No specific requirements for referrers or referred users.

Reward Distribution

  1. Claiming Rewards:
  • Check the total accumulated rewards in the Referral dashboard.
  • Request withdrawal using a personal bKash account.
  1. Crediting Time:
  • Rewards are credited immediately after the new user completes their first purchase.
  1. Withdrawing Money:
  • Request a withdrawal anytime via the Referral dashboard.
  • Withdrawals are processed on Mondays for requests placed until Sunday.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 50 credits (equivalent to 50 TK).

Tracking and Validation

  • Tracking: View referral statistics on the Referral page in the app.
  • Validation: Automated process with periodic checks for fraudulent activities.

Terms and Conditions

  • Live MCQ reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with notice.
  • Changes to terms can be made anytime.
  • Fraudulent activity can lead to disqualification from the program.
